Returns and complaints

Withdrawal from the contract If you are the so-called privileged stores, i.e.: A) consumer or B) shared, whose contract is available with us, is directly transferred with your scope, but is not specific to you - distance includes the rules that give you the right to withdraw from the contract. You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to us, e.g. by e-mail to the following address: dixiestore@interia.pl. You can postpone your holiday within 14 days. The fourteen-day period for withdrawal from the contract begins with the participation in the goods specified by you or the person indicated by you
containing other than those concluded, and in a contract which includes many elements that are attached separately, in batches or in part - with
the addition in the extension of the goods , or parts of parts. Keep a deadline sufficient to prevent its access.

Return the returned goods to us immediately to the following address: Ul Owocowa 2, 38-120 Czudec, POLAND  but no later than within 14 days 
from the date on which you withdrew from the contract. We will refund the payments made by you immediately in accordance with the terms set out in the Store Regulations, but no later
than within 14 days from the date of receipt of your declaration of withdrawal from the contract. If we have not offered to collect the goods from you ourselves, we may withhold the refund of the payment received from you until
we receive the goods back or you provide proof of sending them back - depending on which event occurs first. Remember that you are not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract, among others: in relation to the contract:

in which the subject of the service is non-prefabricated goods, manufactured according to your specifications or intended
to meet your individual needs; in which the subject of the service is goods that deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life; in which the subject of the service is goods delivered in a sealed packaging, which cannot be returned after opening
the packaging due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery; in which the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package,
if the package was opened after delivery. Detailed information on withdrawal from the contract can be found in our Store Regulations.
 
Complaints
The following content applies to the so-called privileged buyer. If you are not, please see our Store Regulations for
detailed information on complaints. If we incorrectly perform the contract concluded with you, you have the right to submit a complaint - preferably
to the e-mail address: dixiestore@interia.pl or by post to the following address: Wyżne 56 B, 38-120 Czudec. As a general rule, we are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract, existing at the time
of delivery and discovered within two years from that time. Pursuant to the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, in such a situation you can request: a) exchange of goods or b) repair of goods. In some cases you can also: a) withdraw from the contract or b) submit a declaration of price reduction - details in this regard can be found in our Store Regulations
